ENROLLMENT

Our school year runs from the middle of August through late May. Applications for the each school year are due on or before July 15. Applications must include completed doctor’s assessment, updated immunization record, and emergency contact forms as well as the enrollment fee of $60.

Enrollment priority is given to children presently enrolled. Please call for space availability! Taking enrollment applications for summer and fall.

Hours: Monday - Friday 5:30 am. to 6:30 PM.

Ages: Newborn to 12 years old

Meals: Infants 0 to 11 months old are provided with a light breakfast, a mid-day meal and afternoon snack. Children 12 months and older will be served a light breakfast, a nutritious well balanced lunch and an afternoon snack that meets guidelines established by the Child and Adult Care Food Program.

Diapers: All diapers and diapering supplies are to be provided by the parent. Please keep in mind that children in diapers are checked every hour and will be changed if needed. As a rule think one diaper for each hour attending. Your child's name will be put on each diaper you bring. A record is kept of how many times child is changed.

Security: The safety and security of your child is our utmost concern. The primary mechanism for ensuring the security of the center is the strict adherence to the center's established procedures for your child's arrival and departure. All parents, relatives and visitors are required to register at the reception desk. Any one authorize to pick up a child must be on the pick-up list. A security code is then issued to them. Children are NOT be release to anyone NOT on the list. Security cameras are located in each room of the facility and windows are in all rooms to allow each room to be visible. Our center is enclosed by a 5 foot fence. Visitors are screened in reception area before entering building.

Drop in rate

0 months to 18 months----- $25.00 per 1/2 day

0 months to 18 months----- $40.00 full day

19 months and up --------- $20.00 per 1/2 day

19 months and up --------- $30.00 full day

Tuition is based on your child's age, and due on Monday of each week before care. Tuition received after Mondays are subject to late fees. Financial aid is available for qualifying parents.
